dneska přicházím s nepečeným receptem na jednohubky z ořechů a konopných semínek. Příprava je velmi jednoduchá a výsledek je vynikající! Určitě doporučuju vyzkoušet.
na 7 tyčinek nebo 28 jednohubek budete potřebovat:
- 2 hrnky mandlí
- 1.5 hrnku konopných semínek
- 0.5 hrnku ořechového másla
- 0.5 hrnku medu (javorový sirup pro vegany:)
- špetku soli
- mixér

Today I have raw hemp bites recipe for guys. The preparation is super easy and the result super yummy. I highly recommend to try! :)
For 7 bars or 28 small bites, you will need:- 2 cups of almonds
- 1.5 cup of hemp seeds
- 0.5 cup of peanut butter
- 0.5 cup of honey
- pinch of salt
- blender
You can always use other kinds of nuts such as almonds or cashew. In case you’re vegan, just switch the honey for maple syrup. In our recipe we used shelled hemp seeds, if you have a strong blender, you can use whole seeds and get even more fiber!
When you have your ingredients ready, just start blending them in the blender. We started slowly just with nuts, and after that added the remaining ingredients. The texture should be crumbly and a little sticky thanks to all the healthy oils and honey.
Then take a baking tray, line it with baking paper and pour the mixture in. Cram it properly into the tray and put it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. When frozen, take it out and cut into your preferred shape. We melted some dark chocolate in the water bath and drizzled the hemp bites, so they look and taste great. If you don’t eat it all, keep it in the fridge to sustain the shape and freshness.
